2.Q: What if I can’t log into my account?
If you don't remember your password, you can reset your password from the Log In modal and we'll help you from there. If you're still not able to log in, contact our Customer Service at cs@topwedding.com.
3.Q: How do I change my personal information such as email, shipping/billing address by myself?

Yes, you can change and update your personal information by visiting your Account Dashboard.

4.Q: How do I delete my account?
We are sorry to see you go, but if you want to delete your account, contact us at cs@topwedding.com to tell our customer service your request, we will help you delete it. Please be aware that once your account is deleted, all of your account details, including your saved favorites and checklist items, will be deleted and unable to be restored in the future.
5.Q: How do I use my wishlist?

1) Simply click "ADD TO WISHLIST" as you browse products on Topwedding.

2) Access your Whishlist from the link at the top of our website or within your Account.

Click Track Your Order, input your order ID and email address. If you are one of our members, please log into your account to check your order status.
2.Q: What does my order status mean?

What's mean:Your order was submitted successfully, but we have not got payment from you or your payment has been on checking.

What's mean:Your credit card payment was failed and we have sent PayPal invoice to you, please check your e-mail box and arrange your payment soon.

What's mean:Now we are processing your order, please check your e-mail box if there is any e-mail about size, shipping address or stock information from us. Generally speaking, after we confirmed your payment, we will send an e-mail to confirm your size, phone number and shipping address again.

4.Q: Can I change my size or color after I placed my order?

We only accept size change within 3 business days of payment confirmation. For all the changes, please contact customer service for help: cs@topwedding.com

Size cannot be change anymore.

5.Q: How do I change my address after I place my order?
For products in stock, please contact our customer service at cs@topwedding.com to change your address within 8 hours. For custom-made products, you can contact our customer service to change your address at any time before the products been shipped.
PAYMENT
1.Q: Which payment methods are acceptable on your website?
Currently, we accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
2.Q: Why my credit card payment cannot go through?

1) Information you offer is not complete.

2) Your IP location differs from your billing address.

3) The funds is not sufficient for you to pay.


In these cases, we will send you a new invoice within 24 hours for you to pay again. Or you could contact our Customer Service at cs@topwedding.com for further help.

1.Q: Which areas do you ship to?

Topwedding.com ships worldwide to nearly every country and autonomous region across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. Please refer to the chart below to check if we ship to your country.

2.Q: Which delivery company you use?
DHL, TNT, USPS, UPS, FedEx, ePacket, bpost and China Post.
3.Q: Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Absolutely we ship to an Army Post Office or a Fleet Post Office address, all we need is that you provide us with the same shipping information, which you would give your family to send you mail.
4.Q: When my parcel will be shipped?
Generally, after we got your payment, your parcel will be sent within 24 hours, and we will update your account information, you can trace your order online. And sometime your order maybe out of stock, our customer service will contact by email or phone to confirm exchange or refund.
5.Q: Why my tracking number is invalid or wrong?

If you meet this problem, we suggest you to trace it several hours later; it is usually caused by deferred update system of express company. If you still track no information after 24 hours, please feel free to contact our customer service.

8.Q: What is “Fast Shipping” and which area does it cover?
We have built our own warehousing based in United States, Britain, and Australia. If you are purchasing in these three area, you can receive our order with “ Fast Shipping” Sticker within 2-3 days.

RETURNS
1.Q: What is your return Policy?

1) No returns or exchanges for Lingerie & Dresses & Shoes. If the product you received is not correct, just like wrong color or incorrect size, return or exchange is acceptable after you confirmed with our customer service.

2) No returns or exchanges for personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings).

3) Dresses with label "QUICK DELIVERY" are eligible for unconditional return within 7 days upon receiving. This kind of dresses are our in-stock(ready to wear) products, which will be shipped out in 24 hours after your payment is cleared. Please note the dress should be returned to us in original condition.

4) For all the other items, we provide unconditional return service.

5) Refund for free shipping dresses and shoes, we will deduct $15 as shipping fee for each dress or shoes. $30 for two items, $45 for three items, the rest may be deduced by analogy .


2.Q: How do I return an item?

  • Dress & Shoes made in wrong size or color, are eligible for a free exchange or a full refund at our cost.
  • Incorrect items received, exchange or reissue are covered by us, you can also return it for a full refund at our cost.
  • Defected items during shipping or processing, once confirmed, you can choose exchanged items or return for a full refund at our cost.
For all the other conditions, customer needs to pay the return or exchange fee.

6.Q: What if I received Defective/Broken items?

1.Q: Do you sell fabric swatches and material?
Yes, we provide those items for customers who want to make dress by themselves and who want to confirm the real color and texture. You can buy them here: Fabric Swatches
2.Q: What is Made-to-Order mean?
“Made-to-order products” mean Dresses and Shoes which are not in stock. All sizes and color choices , including all custom measurement, require additional tailoring time. Most dresses and shoes in our website are Made-to-Order products. We also have small part of dresses which are in-stock products, if you are hurry to get dress for your ceremony, please choose dresses in stock collection.
3.Q: What is the tailoring time of made-to-order dress?

4.Q: How long in advance should I order my dress?
We strongly advise preparing wedding dress 45 days in advance. 20-30 days of tailor and shipping and you must have some days for alterations if you will need.
5.Q: Can I modify a dress' design such as style/fabric/length?
Yes, you can. Please contact our sales for more details.(cs@topwedding.com)
6.Q: What if I got a dress in wrong size?
For made-to-order dresses, one inch differ from the specifications of your order is normal, and we advise you to find a local tailor to alter for you. Every dress made by us comes with additional fabric in the seams. If you are sure the dress you received is in wrong size, please contact us and provide some picture proof; our customer service representatives will help you solve it. Once it is confirmed our fault to process the wrong size dress for you, you may have 2 options:


1) Find a local tailor to have the dress modified. We will be responsible for the cost up to 60% of the dress price.
2) If you do not want to have the dress modified, you are free to return the dress back to us and get a full refund for the dress. We will release the refund to you within 24 hours upon the notification of receiving your returned product.


7.Q: What if I got a dress in correct size, but it does not fit me?
We are so sorry that we may fail to accept any return or exchange for this condition. Please note every dress made by us comes with additional fabric in the seams. We advise you to find a local tailor to help you. Also we are willing to offer free modification if you would like to bear the shipping cost and tax for returning the dress to us as well as the cost for shipping it to you again from China.
8.Q: What if I got a dress in wrong color?
The real color may differ from the computer screen. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund. If you are confidence that the color is wrong, please provide enough pictures proof to our customer service representative at cs@topwedding.com for exchange or refund.
9.Q: My size is EURO 38, is size EURO 38 on your site suitable for me?
Our dresses are in standard sizes, but we highly recommend you to compare our size with your own measurement to choose a best one. Differences within 2-3cm are acceptable. If you are not sure about your size, please find someone professional to help you with the measurement, and choose “Custom Size” when you place your order.
10.Q: Do you have dresses for pregnant women?
Yes, we have both wedding dresses and special occasion dresses for pregnant women. They are all made-to-order dresses, and we highly recommend you choose customized size based on your own measurement when you place your order.
